Once you designate what you need produced, submit your voice script and tell us the length you desire for your recording, we conduct a full interview to understand the nature of the project and the optimal outcome desired. We will offer you a quote and discuss further interest. We operate in complete transparency so that our clients realize our aim in providing complete customer satisfaction. We allow one complimentary revision, for any reason, including script changes up to :10 in length, prior to receiving full payment. Upon receiving your verbal decision to continue the initial engagement, you will be presented with several Voice Over Artist renditions. You may then select The Voice you feel best meets your needs and secure The Artist with a deposit. At this point, we turn over all notes to the artist and communicate in depth the nature of the project. From this point forward, you will communicate directly with team members (always made up of artist & engineer) to ensure ideal specifications are met. If you like, The Artist can even provide several selections for you to choose from.
We record in a sound-proof isolation booth with professional grade Condenser microphones. The audio is rendered digitally – in high resolution – according to industry standards (currently 44kHz).
When The Artist records your script, the files are processed using state-of-the-art technology and equipment, including applying equalizing, compressing, maximizing and filtering. We continue to customize according to the standards you have established.
Our audio engineers then take over to master the recordings using a hand-editing process. They remove noises, adjust the head & tail of each file and otherwise ensure that pauses are minimized, the playback is clear and the goal is reached.
Next, we institute our conversion process, which allows us to deliver a normalized file over the Internet to you. We utilize a variety of techniques to decrease the bandwidth, improve the perceived voice quality and bring about the desired result.
Your file is delivered to you in the exact format you need. It will be sent via email where you can download it and have immediate access to it. Our typical Standard turnaround can vary from five business days (for small to medium projects) or more (for larger, custom and/or multi-need projects). Delivery dates will be communicated via the quote that we extend. You may opt for a faster turnaround, with several RUSH delivery options (EXPRESS-one day prior, EXPEDITED- two days prior and DASH- three days prior than Standard). These may be available at additional costs and must be stated when submitting your initial request.
